The Annual Report 2023 provides a comprehensive review of this unique and challenging year, highlighting the progress and maturity of the Mitigation Action Facility portfolio. Our portfolio now includes 53 mitigation-focused projects that support developing countries and emerging economies on their path to carbon neutrality.

In order to promote learning and transparency, we’ve made this publication available while ensuring that confidential information is excluded.

In 2024, the Mitigation Action Facility plans to strengthen its collaboration with partner countries in their decarbonisation efforts. We invite all current and future partner countries and institutions to work with us to further advance climate action.

Furthermore we would like to express our gratitude to our implementing partners, who with their experience and reliability, are working to achieve the goal of a more sustainable world.
