The TSU will be an active participant in the the Transformational Change Learning Partnership (TCLP) Working Session on 21 August. The online event will focus on a knowledge platform jointly hosted by the world’s four largest multilateral climate funds (MCFs): the Adaptation Fund, CIF, Global Environment Facility (GEF), and Green Climate Fund (GCF). The platform, called Climate Project Explorer, is a knowledge tool that houses resources from the funds, including project documents, research, and policy materials.
This month’s working session will explore broader efforts by the CIF and its partners to advance “knowledge as a service” to support more transformational climate finance. The session will introduce the platform and hear from its developers, Climate Policy Radar, on how to organize, analyze, and enable access to climate data. The interactive session will also explore future developments for the platform and other innovative AI-enabled tools that can accelerate learning and support the design of more transformational investments and projects.
