The hotline is open on Tuesday afternoons between 15:00- 16:30 CET and Thursday mornings between 10:00- 11:30 CET to accommodate all time zones.

Before calling the hotline, we strongly encourage all applicants to read the General Information Document (GID), the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and to watch our Webinar Series.

Please note that the hotline is for technical difficulties only. The MAF cannot advise applicants on their project ideas.
